1. Cancellation by the Customer:
- More than 60 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 30-59 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 15-29 days before the tour start date: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund available.
2. Cancellation by Syrian Guides:
In the rare event that Syrian Guides needs to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We will also offer you a discount on a future tour as a gesture of goodwill.
3. Changes and Rescheduling:
- More than 30 days before the tour start date: One free date change is allowed, subject to availability.
- Less than 30 days before the tour start date: Date changes are subject to a 10% rescheduling fee and availability.
4. Special Circumstances:
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other unforeseen serious situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle such cases on an individual basis and strive to be as accommodating as possible.
5. Refund Process:

Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events that may lead to the cancellation or interruption of your trip.

For group tours, if a cancellation by one member affects the participation of others, we will work closely with all parties to find a fair solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds based on the circumstances.
9. Disasters or Wars:
In the unfortunate event of natural disasters, wars, or significant political unrest, we consider offering a full refund to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our travelers.
10. Transaction Fees:
